Saints Love Or Imagination
Sometimes I get frightened
I go out of my head
no one comes to my mountain
& no one hears a word that's said
Sometimes I look for a reason
& sometimes I fail
then again just like the seasons
I come around again
So please forgive this fascination
but is this love or imagination?
Sometimes I worry about the things that are near to me
about the things that I hold close
sometimes I worry about the 3rd world
& I ain't even seen the first
So please forgive this fascination

Now they got TV out in the jungle
& everybody is going up to outer space
why don't you come & visit in my tenement
before they blow us all off this place
