a teacher attitude
already just a face

for a very, very short while

that she had to make
the best of it
She was not fit for the job
and tho' this might make her blue
fakers and pretenders
just won't do
down here at the end of the world
the air is thick and dense
she ain't got used to it
she's very far from home now
it's hard to recall the woods
on the atlantic shore
a mountain for an old church
a river for an alley
