Not So Lucky This Is War
I can't stand the way that you're acting like everything's fine, how you just
turn your back when we're falling, we're falling. So if you can live with the
damage you've done, by all means continue this road that you're on.
You're always talkin', like you hate how things are, but you don't do a
damn thing to change them at all. That's what happens when you turn
back that shoulder. It kills me to say this: You're just getting colder.
I won't hide what you do to me, but you don't feel nearly anything. This is
war, sometimes you gotta fight for what you want the most.
I wish I could shatter our world as we know it, and put back the pieces so
we don't feel broken, but changing our lives takes a little conviction, so
quit playing games and just make a decision now.
Bring it back again.
I mean honestly, you say you want this, and you need this, and nothing
else even matters. Well if that's true, then stop waiting around, stop being
stagnant. Get up and make a change for yourself, and do it right now!
