What have I become, what remains of me;
the feeble light of dawn, searching my skin, Cast!
Cast your gaze away, there's nothing here to see
a crumbling ruin of hopes, a rotting pile of dreams
Like a stalking hawk, that the prey in pride
My watchtower solid stood, in Black Adamantine
The moon did answer true, my oathing for the
Everlasting duty, unaltered in time
Oh, spinning wheel of fate
Each man's soul is put to blade
Put to the test
For the wicked, there's no rest
"You know what I was, you see what I am
change me... change me"
Now I crawl in the ruins of what was my life
Drowned in my blood, I thrive in my strife
The waring God's thunder, its echoes still
and My throne has become my burial mound
Slain by the arrow, a pawn sacrificed
Not dead, but the chasm to life is so wide
Forgotten, betrayed, disgraced and unhallowed
I wait for the end of a season so shallow
My essence is trapped in the midworld of dreams
A nightmare existence, the multiverse grims
A silent observer I watch from above
The feast of the worms, and my skeleton
So, drink the red liquor from chalices raised
A toast to the ones that were stricken by fate
