Gloomy Sunday Lyrics

Negator Gloomy Sunday

[This song is based on "Gloomy Sunday" originally composed by Reszo Serress in Hungaria 1933
In relation to many suicides it is also called the "hymn of Suicides"
It was forbidden in some countries for several years because of the assumption that this song influences people's mind guiding them to take their lives.]

Sunday is gloomy
My hours are slumber less
Dearest the shadows
I live with are numberless

Little white flowers will never awaken you
Not where the dark lord of sorrow has taken you

Angels have no thought of ever returning you
Would they be furious if I thought of joining you

Sunday is gloomy
With shadows I spend it all
My heart and I have decided to end it all

Hear my silent screams
Hear my mourning, see my dreams
Feel the sadness in me – it's making me mad
Feel the suffering in me – my thoughts are bad

Soon there'll be prayers
And candles are lit I know
Let them not weep
Let them know that I'm glad to go

Death is no dream
For in death I'm caressing you
With the last breath of my soul
I'll be blessing you

I hope that my dream never hunted you
My soul is telling me how much I longed for you
Darkness surrounds me in cruel silence
And so my end is now to come

Gloomy Sunday
