Thoughts I can't control
With a
Racing
Ripping
Rabid rage
Packed in a rabbit's hole
Scratching
Scraping
Screaming
Dark and dampened shouts
I can see the light
But I can't squeeze my way out
Lay in the shadows with my doubts
To think
How I waved good bye
The things keeping me alive
As I hopped inside
I guess I never realized
The younger me had seen the end of his brighter days
