Cat in town
Walking on the street like a cat with no direction feeling bitter.
Trying to ease my mind and leave it all behind to feel a little better.
Spending my time talking to any stranger,
Don’t mind about the time, the place or the weather.
Walking on the street, singing loud songs by Elvis and The Beatles.
Everybody’s out of bed and I can see their faces on the windows.
I don’t care if the neighborhood feels that,
I‘m not such a good singer…

Better step behind,
‘cause I’ve got a lot of things to do now,
Before the city hits the sunlight.
