I'm at the edge of the world
On a rocky ledge
I've seen first-hand
Those across the edge
How they scream
As they move on
And how silence fills the air
They're gone
I might not be known
At all
I might not stand up
After I fall
I might not live
The way I teach
And my dreams might be too far out
Of my reach
We travel fast
Between happiness and worries
And reminisce
All the times we fell
But at the edge of the world

There's nothing to see
Along the rim of time
We can't get higher
But we still climb
When family and friends
