Through brush and branches wild
When i saw a ladder reaching high
I climbed but you kept on against the tide
The sky kept pulling higher
The current pulled you out
And from the top i looked around
From a thousand feet above the ground
They came from somewhere else
These creatures moving in
You could not see what i had found
I screamed but i could not produce a sound
