A starving person dies
In the midst of our abundance
Do we even realize?
I am among the guilty

Of what I’m living for

We can try to make this world a kinder place
There is a lot that we can do
If we make our minds up to
All the loss and tears and pain
That seek release

We don’t need a miracle
Or a magic wand
One step forward gets you help
Power from beyond
God will always help us,
Relieve our brother’s pain
He helps us build a rainbow
From our brother’s rain
I wish you peace, I wish you love
I wish you blessings from above
