I arrived at work and little did I know,

My boss was a Pastor at a local Church,
And then another manager a Pastor at a Church,
The owner was driven by his ministry in Christ,
Every corner in the building was talk of God,
I fought and denied it so they would quiet,
Months and months of back and forth,
Lunch time, break time, all the time,
So one day I went to lunch by myself,
I met an old man with a heart of gold,
And the words he spoke just broke me down,

Then I decided to get out of town,

But the spirit came to me and it was over,
I fell to my knees and I started to pray,
And that was the day that I was saved,
God had this planned all along,
He changed my path so I could rhyme this song,
