I can’t believe the things that have been said
Remain for the purpose of remaining
I can’t believe all the things we’ve done
And still we learned f..cking nothing
I can’t believe all the things we’ve done
And I can’t believe all the tears we spent
Just to remain full of sadness
Those same old emotions remain
I never did the things I wanted to
Or said the things I should have done
But there’s a part of me wouldn’t let them go
Keeps them down, won’t let it slide
Maybe next time I’ll say the things I should’ve said
