Some say that wishes really don't come true, don't come true
But I'm saying don't give up because sometimes they do, sometime they do
I wish that there was truth for the people
I wish that weed was legal
I wish that greed and hate were gone
I wish if you agree, to pass it on
I wish that we could all just get along and coexist
I wish that people talked with words instead of fists
I wish that all the money spent on war was spent for peace
I wish that peaceful people weren't attacked by the police
I wish that we could all be free
I wish that we could all be free
I wish that we could all be free today
Don't waste your wishes on regret or on the past
Don't waste them on the future, instead just choose to act
I wished to write songs, some are fun some have a message
