Hirilorn Through The Moonless Night
I was sleeping under dead trees. The day has reached its end. Awaken by the crying owls, I gazed at the sky for a while. As always the night was so cold that weird shapes seemed to emerge out of the ground. I am searching for my grave. Eternal Death I crave. To the night I am a slave. The hidden moon can save… When darkness infests the whole sky, my pain will be cruel but so sweet. At this precise moment in time, I can find the place where my heart ceased to beat. Through the moonless night… Through the moonless night… I'll suffer and bleed to be released from Life… My sould raped by visions of evil. My flesh torn by torture and razors. When I first died, a good angel reincarnated my soul. So I came back to endure the fears felt in a human life. But I'll revenge, I'm above his curse, I am a son of Hell. The angel's blood will be spilled with hate when I'll find out my grave. I have walked this land during thousand years and miles. Through woods and mountains, I've suffered from being alive. I've learnt to praise Death and to detest what Life is is. Tonight is the night… Through the moonless night…Through the moonless night… Desires and senses in fire, my malediction comes again. Pain is physical, not mental ; I use this agony to call for fiends' help. I am searching for my grave. Eternal Death I crave. To the night I am a slave. The hidden moon can save… Suddenly a green mist appeared, a horned Demon hidden in it, a sparkling sword sticked at his feet. He raised his hellish voice, looked at me and said : "Listen to me… Take this sword cursed by my Master himself, fullfil your vengeance towards your enemy. Carry your head high for your heart is damned. You may not be the most valorous knight but you live by your own unholy law. So be brave and the sword will lead your hand…" Then a flash of lightning struck the weapon and when I took it, I disintegrated to appear in an old cemetery. I saw my tomb, the angel sat on it. Guided by hate, I screamed his name and began to fight… "Kill!" My battle is won, the angel torn apart ; vengeance is mine! The curse is broken, finally I will die eternally. My torture has ceased ; it will soon be a part of my slight past. Now I'm taking the sword, sticking it in my heart. My blood is flowing, I'm slowly passing away. One shall understand Death ought to be a relief. The sky is moonless, Satan's waiting for my soul. Indeed, tonight was the night…
