Higher Power Looking Inward
Can't shake the doubt
It's weighing me down
Trying to climb the walls just to be free
These walls that stop me from finding peace
These walls that separate me from where I want to be mentally
Grey shadows fill my head
I'm searching for an answer
To understand for myself
Gotta try figure it out
Coz they say the confusion ends when you know just what you're looking for
I've been lost, too confused to find a way out
Trying to convince myself it's false so I can part with doubt
Proceed to find my eyes so I can recognize
A will of strength
And shadows form to fill the space between reality and my mind
Now I'm blind, but still trying to find peace in me
