Five in the morning and they're on another coke war.
The lights in my eyes are glowing burning bright,
But I feel like drinking in spite of the fact I polished of another pint
Of toxic formula the sanity is gone but the beat goes on and on
Eleven AM and you missed your shift.
Screwed a kid like you and he don't deserve
That shit well oh look its another missed call
Support systems you built made you a wreck
But what to do when your family's on the wall
And you know he can't for long
How can this man with grace look at the road,
Stay on the path he's on
Walk em home, clean em up,
Ones to many but its never enough,
Take the blame or call that bluff to regression
Do you sit back let it all overcome,
Sacrifice your soul for the sake of one more crutch the regression
Well maybe if you didn't try to take responsibility
For the other peoples lack of clarity the anxiety
Would disappear would everything become so clear
But in the end this is what you fear
A sense of being in face of another tested failure
