I’m at a loss for words, and I’m running out of trite catch phrases
to let you know how much you mean,
So I’ll let it all come out naturally:

The weight of the world doesn’t seem so heavy with you by our side.
And I know I’ll never take all of you for granted,
I’ve been humbled by you, stumbled across friends near and far.
You may be far away but you’re close at heart.
We’re going down like anchors, we’re sinking like lead, we’re in over our heads.
You are right there to save us when we’re fading fast, and we’re breaking down.
You are the only reason we kick for the surface, we keep on breathing.
I don’t know how we can thank you screaming so loud, you’re drowning us out tonight!
