I’m devoid of all feeling
I’m a story who’s only meaning

Night after night
This is what’s become of what I call a life
Drink the darkness in to snuff out the light
Halfway to hell
And I am loving the ride
Ever since you left a little piece of me died
I’ve been killing myself just to feel alive
There’s no time for a future
In a life spent tearing out the sutures
No time to find some meaning
When your whole life is spent bleeding
Is self destruction the path to salvation?
The only means of my redemption
Destroying everything I have
In life without exception
And if I have to bleed myself dry
Of all the promises and lies
To drain the poison out of my life
Pour me a shot and hand me the knife
There’s no time for a future

Sprawled out on the bathroom floor
Gave me no answers, they only closed doors
Burned bridges that were my way out
And filled everyone I love with doubt

To make what’s wrong
Once again right
