1.Are you fishing tonight? be home 'fore it's light.
Make sure that your reel is on tight.
Does it give you a thrill, when you're catching blue gill, or a large mouth bass that's just right?
Does it bring tears to your eyes, when you're catching walleyes. does it make you feel good inside.
Tho' you know it's real late when you smell like stink bait.
So honey, are you fishing tonight?
2.Won't you stay home tonight, make me feel alright. Honey I'm so lonely inside.
The kids gone off to school, you come home all cover with goo, oh honey, what am I suppose to do.
Some day you'll come home. The kids and I will be gone. You'll just go out and snag another one.
So won't you come back to bed. instead of out catching flat head, so honey are you fishing tonight.
3. It really makes me sick. but you don't give a lick. as you turn around and walk out that door.
I wonder why you're so hoppy when you're out catching crappie.'cause honey I can't take it any more.
It really makes me squirm and you're out fishing with worm. you won't even notice when I'm dead and gone.
While I'm playing my harp, you'll be out fishing for carp.

4.When you're fishing for trout, you say that's what life's all about. but that really makes no sense to me. I think you've gone looney when you're out fishing for tuney. but I guess I'll just have to let it be.
But it really makes mne bark when you're out fishing for shark. maybe some day that old shark will win. and when he pulls you on in you'll become dinner for him.
