All packed up with no where to go, a thousand miles with
only one show and just enough gas to get us nowhere My
expectations were simple and few--next year
I think I'll spend a day in June with you-I know we all
think differently--different reams for different reasons
but I think it should be alright for friends to disagree
everybody's telling me what I ought to do-next year

My back is sticking to the seat my heart is sticking to
my dreams I guess I'm just gonna sit back and try to
enjoy the ride--My eyes are on the road--my mind is
