I dreamed I spent my Christmas with my family
I heard the sleigh bells ringing from afar
I dreamed I helped my sisters decorate the tree
And my brother held me up to hang the star
Mama and my papa and all the kis were there
We opened up our presents then we had the family prayer
I spent a lovely Christmas with my family even if it was a Christmas dream
I dreamed I spent my Christmas with the family

I dreamed my mama kissed me and buttoned up my coat
And said now go and play out in the snow
Poor old papa carved the turkey and little sister cut the cake
