Don't Look Down Crying Wolf
Always been a morning person,
Never liked to get up late.
Out of bed and early to rise,
How can the world adjust at eight.
Lately ive been stayn' up
For some strange reason i can't get to bed
Someone out there's tryn' ta tell me
How to keep from felln' dead
Late one night,
Right out of the blue,
My face was splashed with sunlight
Finally found my Sunrise
Most times im sleepn' right through it
Never manage to wake up in time...
All this anticipation
Keeping me awake all night
Open my arms,
And wait to embrace the break of dawn
Now im taking naps all day
When im still awake anyway
When my sunrise comes again
Tonight i don't wanna miss
That wonderous light
Late one night,
