he’s grounded and he’s subtle.
i know he’d step over the puddle,
back in the day when we went on hikes together.
“cold feet will cause a sickness,” he’d say.
he played it safe, but i splashed anyway
i never listened.

now i’m three feet closer to the stars.

for me

he takes care of me, and yosh and mom.
