I´m the bearer of the candle,
which The "Compaña" gave me,
which today will be reclaimed,
and so my life.
Black ravens fly over my dwelling,
and the wolves with their howls,
know that I´m going to die.
Midnight has fell,
and the spirits come for their candle
taking my soul with them.
I see my body lyind lifeless,
my beloved crying at my remains,
while I´m going away from them.
They cover my lifeless body with a white shroud,
sealing me to avoid my soul escape,
and be also buriend.
I´m in purgatory,
I´ve left a mission in life,
that don´t let me have my eternal rest,
and now I´m condemned to roam between the alive,
wandering along the paths,
to play all the debts I left in life.
If I fultil my sentence,
I´ll reach my rest with the dead.
