Crawdad Thundergun

Look around, there’s a vacant blanket of words covering their faces this is the basic statement on earth right,
I’m entitled, it’s my birth right, lil weezy leading the Fourth Reich,
I’m feeling queasy, easy does it as I heard, “fight!”, they loading in they ammunition, kissing the hand that they’ve bitten,
We in need of a change, and I need to explain that the devious ways they exploit their greediness makes it easier,
From the ground up we building it, got to believe in the sound of the children that they filled it with,
And this is not a waste of time, this is not a gun in the face to make you hide, this is not a taste of pride,
This is not a chain around the neck of a liar this is the fire beneath the ass of those designated to take it higher,
We sit back and listen to the bird’s cry, poetry, asking about the pure kind, know it’s me,
Notice me standing tall on top of the earth, with a pen and a paper about to rebuild it with words,
Words that speak survive, words that keep me alive, words that hold the remedy to even the mind,
If it’s all about balance tell me where did all the talent go, invaluable insight found inside the average Joe,
Down we go into the trenches around here we help those in need and place value on friendships,
How do they sentence a junkie to prison when cats make songs to support punching they women,
They got a mother too, that’s the reason for the W-A-R, stay hard, but a conscience gonna soften you,
Talking about that nonsense I bet you feeling awful dude, I’m all for you, but you ‘aint choosing who you talking to,
Who they gonna hate, when they facing Satan’s face and fate becomes a taste that they can’t shake,
Not me nah, cause this the chemistry of the melody, the spirit of the rhyme, no longer inferior to those who stealing our dimes and nick’s,
You know this is true, now tell me is this you, what would you do if you had a voice that could get you heard,
But the majority of the people were scared to hear your words, would you say it or would you let it go,
When you figure it out let me know
