Cobra Skulls Back To The Youth
All I ever wanted to do is just play some music
and take my body to a show were I could abuse it
And I know that's reckless and hedonistic,
but let's be realistic this will all be over soon.
So let's use it to lose it let's take back the music
We'll relive it and give it back to the spirit of the
youth.
And I don't give a shit about what you know about music
Or what you know about the industry of how we
distribute it and choose it
but I'm wasting all my time networking on line
I'm still looking for unity, something DIY
Some say there's no such thing as do it yourself
there won't be anybody else.
To knock you down, pick you up, to knock that
when I threw it back to the youth
Back to the spirit of the youth
to the kids that don't have a thing to prove
can you hear it? hear it speak the truth
can you hear it speak to you?
Sometimes I can hear them singing, singing about a riot
as if they'd like to try It just for fun
No regard for sacrifice no one's getting organized
I am reminded we are only getting abandoned
