I Am Ready Lyrics

Verse Number One:
When you feel blue…and heavy is your load…
Think of what’s ahead…down the road…
One thing is certain…one thing is true…
Heaven’s there for those…who endure…

The Chorus:
I am ready….
Ready to go home…
I am ready….
Never more to roam…
I am ready….
Ready to go home…
I am ready….
Gabriel blow your horn…

Modulation/Verse Number Two:
Sometimes I try…to think of what could be…
Yonder in the Heavens…for me…
One day I’m going….it won’t be long…
Till I’m finally home…
Where I belong….

The Chorus:
I am ready….
Ready to go home…
I am ready….
Never more to roam…
I am ready….
Ready to go home…
I am ready….
Gabriel blow your horn…
