Caverns Floodlights
I’m not about, to brand myself, as the saviour, of a generation.
I am a giant, I am destruction, I am the waves, I am the end.
Will I be spared for trailing the patience of a deity so jealous.
Or will my, lack of conviction set me free?
I’m the jester, I’m the clown, watch me burn this f..cking town.
From an open window I would jump,
If you followed me through the rabbit hole,
It could only mean disaster.
On the train tracks I would lie,
Just to test the faith of man,
And if I don’t believe then who will save me?
I’m no f..cking hero, but I’ll play a saint.
