Casualties Rise And Fall
A country was born from revolution
we stood for something with a constitution
send us huddled masses, send us prisoners
we overcame the evil of the world
separate the church and state, abolished slavery
somewhere along the line we forgot what we stood for

it was hard but we got out of the depression
