Won't find me there
In a row locked in a prayer
With eyes in a trance blind to despair

Why can't you see through it?
Or is it all just set in stone?
Even though I don't buy it
I make one hell of a saint
Get so sick of this
There are few things that I miss
One I guess you could say is devil's bliss
And I know
I've got some friends
Who may see what you have missed
Who skipped the hand you may have often kissed
It's too late for me now
Packed my things and moved downstairs
Much easier away from God's cross heirs
Take me home
Where it's safe and warm

I'd say the only good time
When they pass the bread and wine
Even though I see through it
I make one hell of a saint
