Call To Preserve Unsinkable
I've known what's true from the start,
burned in my mind, written on my heart.
Watching those who did not last.
Doubt brought them down, sinking fast.
Memories of past mistakes.
Broken promises, bad choices made.
Trying to use them to change my course.
Hoping I'd give up and give you more.
Your plan to decieve will never defeat me.
Trying to bring us down.
You can't compare to what I've found.
The course that we've set we know we'll never forget.
We will stay unsinkable.
The winds will lie and they will change.
But through it all I'll stay the same.
Pressing on no matter what they say,
believing in the choices I've made.
It's been their plan all along,
to swallow their lies and sing their songs.
But they can't change what makes me strong.
