I'm over the cuddling

Everybody is running around spreading the cheer
But I decided that I'm skipping over Christmas this year
No more mistletoe, just tell the New Year I'm here
Let's cut it down and start chopping the ball
I'm tired of missing out on what the holiday brings
Seeing couples in the snow doing cute couple things
I'm packing up the jingle bells so they never rings
Tell Santa Claus that I'm ignoring his calls
I'm always getting the worst gifts
It doesn't matter what's on my Christmas list
I know it's couple season but I'm always alone
Unless you count talking to my grandma on the phone

I look at all my friends and they flying their drones
Driving around in new cars, talking on their new phones
But after last Christmas, the only thing that I owned
Was a sweater and a little toy train (choo-choo)
My brother's girlfriend got him some expensive cologne
My family went on a vacation, but left me home alone (not again)
I spend my Christmas morning talking to a clay gnome
(Yea he was nice but it just wasn't the same)
