Production in volume to drive small farmers out
By genetically altering the seeds they plant
Changing genes in the seeds to kill other crops
And the top-secret super farms are protected by cops

Government seizure of once public land
From Mexican peasants who would farm it by hand
Who now work for factories representing the state?
Who force them to work in conditions they hate
Produce goods for export, not food to consume
Leading the country to economic doom
The same factories are polluting the soil
While NAFTA helps Americans and the Mexicans toil
