Twilight Lyrics

Blue Eyed Devils Twilight

Dead and dying ways of the past,
harsh reality, nothing was meant to last!
Inherit the wind, a decaying race-
Self destruction, identity laid to waste!
Twilight of the idols, death of ideals,
loss of freedom is all too plainly real!
No one to turn to, nothing to guide the way!
A diseased society, suffering day to day!
A one-time chance ends in fratricide-
Sealing our fate, a racial suicide!
Salvation was lost when the nation fell,
a generation forced into a living hell!
The zenith has passed, now on the decline,
only the strong will survive the tests of time!
A struggle born into adversity,
enduring the plight and misery-
Living in the twilight, no one to lead the way!
Drowning in the twilight, nothing will remain!
Death instinct controls the will to survive,
a heritage lost to a trivial way of life!
Degradation persists and evil abounds-
Terror stricken lives from the crime that surrounds!
A culture forsaken for the want of gold,
a people condemned for the values they hold!
The agonizing death of nature’s finest race!
